Pros: patient, kind, super knowledgeable, professional, and goes above and beyond their duties as realtors. I used Ron as my realtor in 2023 to show me various condos in and around Rosarito. Ron did more than that. He educated me on the build quality of different places, the builders, the history and direction of what is selling, and so much more. He listened to what I’m looking for, and walked me through the entire buying process. I ended up buying a condo that is still being built, but I’m confident Ron will be by my side to make sure everything gets delivered exactly the way it’s supposed to. My husband and I have used Ron N Aury (yes you get two people for the cost of one) for 3 real estate transactions. They know the area of Rosarito well and relayed the pros and cons of each development taking into account our “desires” and “needs”. They listened well to us as buyers, were patient (took over a year from first contact till actual offer) and didn’t waste time showing property that didn’t fit our requirements. They did a good job of explaining the different ways or purchasing including the leased land situation. We were guided through the entire transaction (very different than USA) until the actual closing. Note: Many agents drop communication after an accepted offer. If you are looking for agents that will work hard for you and not just look to make a quick buck off your real estate transaction then look no further. They will not disappoint you.
