My husband and I have used Ron N Aury (yes you get two people for the cost of one) for 3 real estate transactions. They know the area of Rosarito well and relayed the pros and cons of each development taking into account our “desires” and “needs”. They listened well to us as buyers, were patient (took over a year from first contact till actual offer) and didn’t waste time showing property that didn’t fit our requirements. They did a good job of explaining the different ways or purchasing including the leased land situation. We were guided through the entire transaction (very different than USA) until the actual closing. Note: Many agents drop communication after an accepted offer. If you are looking for agents that will work hard for you and not just look to make a quick buck off your real estate transaction then look no further. They will not disappoint you.

I would highly recommend Ron and Aury as real estate agents in the Rosarito area. Buying or selling in Mexico can be very complicated and having a real estate agent that knows the laws for both foreigners as well as MX citizenship combined with integrity is an absolute necessity.
